What payment methods are offered by Melita.io?

Melita.io offers three payment options;

  • Credit Card
  • PACC
  • Direct Debit
  • Bank Transfer

Payment Methods

Credit Card

Choose this payment method to pay your bills quickly and securely. Once you add your credit card details, you have the option to set up a PACC recurring pre-authorised payment method. All credit card information will be processed by Melita’s authorised payment gateway provider in accordance with Melita’s Data Protection Notice.

PACC

PACC is a recurring pre-authorised payment system. Once this payment method is activated, your bills will be automatically settled every month through your bank account.

How to register with PACC?

After logging into the melita.io portal, navigate to the Billing Section on the main page. Here you will find a modification tool, as shown in the screenshot below.

Once you access the modify section, you will be prompted to set up a payment method, either by credit card or SEPA direct debit.

When you click on “Setup Credit Card,” you will be redirected to enter the card details. Please note that a payment of €0.10 will be processed to verify the credit card. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation message indicating  the credit card payment method is active along with the set up date.

Direct Debit

To set up a direct debit, you must first settle any pending balance on your account through a bank transfer or PACC.
After clearing the balance, navigate to the Billing section and select the SEPA Direct Debit option.

Simply enter the IBAN number of the account from which you want payments to be deducted.

Once you have entered the IBAN, you will receive the notification as shown on the image below.
