Logging in and out
To log in to the melita.io portal you first need to have activated your account. If you haven’t yet activated your account yet, please refer to the section Portal Activation.
Once your account is activated, remember that your login username is your email address. You will also require the password that you set upon activation.
- Go to www.melita.io/portal or click the sign-in button available top-right corner of the melita.io website.
- Type in your username and password
- Click the Login button.
When ready from using the melita.io portal we recommend you logout for security purposes.
To do so, simply;
- Click the person icon on the top right of your melita.io portal screen and you will be presented with a “logout” button.
- Click Log out and your session terminated.
