What is my APN?

The APN you should use depends on the package that you have requested, in line with your device capabilities and use case. You will find your APN on the order form you signed upon request of melita.io SIM cards.

Below are the possible APN options and other configuration queries.

  • APN (for NB-IoT packages): nbiot.melita.io – relevant only for SIMS acquired prior to March 2022
  • APN (for LTE and/or 3G packages): iot.melita.io
  • APN username: (none)
  • APN password: (none)

Please ensure that “Data Roaming” is enabled on your device if this is an available setting.
