Triggers acting on multiple SIM Cards
A trigger can be set to act on multiple SIM cards. When creating a trigger, you will have the option to choose whether a trigger acts on the SIM cards as a group or individually. The latter is referred to as “Per SIM”.
Triggers defined on multiple SIM cards are activated based on the following logic:

| Data Usage & SMS Usage | Once the total usage across all SIM cards reaches or exceeds the defined amount within the month | For every SIM card that reaches or exceeds the defined amount within the month |
| Scheduled | On the specified date and time | On the Specified date and time |
When “Per SIM” is not selected:
- SIM card status & label changes affect all the SIM cards in the group when the condition is met by any one SIM card
- the SIM detail fields in notifications will be generic
When “Per SIM” is selected:
- SIM card status & label changes only affect SIM cards which meet the conditions
- the SIM detail fields in notifications will be specific to the SIM cards which meet the conditions
